Text message consent

Titan Capital Advisors LLC sends two kinds of text, each from its own number and each only after you opt in:
- Informational and customer care texts about your property, inquiry, or transaction, from (888) 928-6409 or a local number registered for the same purpose, only after you opt in on our website or on a live phone call with our team (sections 1–3).
- Portal sign-in codes from (833) 404-1892, only to a mobile number a client types into our portal’s sign-in screen (section 4).
This page shows exactly how each works.
1. You opt in on our website, or on a phone call
On our website. In the distribution list form on our home page, the mobile number and the text box are both optional. You opt in to texts only if you add your number and tick the unticked box. Right under the number, the form says:
“Optional: check this box if you also want texts. By checking this box and providing my mobile number, I agree to receive informational and customer care text messages from Titan Capital Advisors about my property, inquiry, or transaction. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared to third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”
Leaving the box unticked still joins the email list, with no texts. We keep a record of each text opt-in with the date and time.
On a phone call. Near the end of a call about your property, our representative asks:
“May we text you at this number from Titan Capital Advisors about your property? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties. Privacy policy: titancapitaladvisory.com/privacy. Terms: titancapitaladvisory.com/terms.”
Only a clear “yes” counts. We record it on your file with the date, the time and the representative’s name. If you say no, or say nothing, we don’t text you.
2. Our first text confirms it
The first message you get from us, from (888) 928-6409, is this confirmation:

3. What we send, and what we never do
One-to-one follow-ups about your own property: a callback time, the next step we discussed, an answer to your question. No bulk broadcasts. No purchased or shared lists. Your mobile number and opt-in are never sold or shared with third parties.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to stop. You get one confirmation and no more texts.
- Reply HELP, call (919) 214-5358 or email contact@titancapitaladvisory.com for help.
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of selling or working with us.
4. Sign-in codes for the Titan portal
Buyers and owners who work with us can sign in to the Titan portal at titancapitaladvisory.com/portal/login. After the password, the portal asks for a second step. A client who chooses text codes types their own mobile number and taps “Text me a code”. That request is the opt-in. The screen says, word for word:

Titan Capital Advisors: Your sign-in code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Don’t share it. Reply STOP to opt out.
